Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Business Immigration Attorney for a contract opportunity with a boutique law firm in Arlington, VA!
The Attorney will be client-facing and manage the entire visa process from end-to-end. Must have experience in employment-based immigration law, including preparing immigrant and nonimmigrant visa petitions (H-1B, L-1, E-2, TN, and O-1) and applications for permanent residence (PERM, I-140, and I-485).
This position will adhere to a hyrbid model.
