JOB DUTIES

• Implementation, oversight, and quality assurance of assigned caseload
• Facilitate meaningful client engagement in all aspects of assessment and program planning
• Conduct assessments using evidence-based behavioral and developmental tools
• Develop, monitor, and update individualized behavior/treatment plans using evidence-based practices
• Have a strong working knowledge of medical necessity, free and appropriate public education, regional center services
• Keep track of clients’ authorizations/IEP due dates and submit required documentation on time
• Advocate for clinically/educationally appropriate or medically necessary services and treatment dosage for clients
• Supervise RBT implementation of treatment plans and provide constructive feedback
• Conduct RBT competency assessments
• Provide mentorship to RBTs, lead behavior interventionists, and associate clinical supervisors
• Facilitate clinic meetings with clients, their caregivers, and SBG treatment team
• Facilitate caregiver collaboration meetings and provide caregiver skills training sessions
• Collaborate effectively with clients, their caregivers, and other professionals to maximize client outcomes
• Actively participate in SBG’s JEDIH mission

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• BCBA or BCBA-D in good standing with the BACB
• Ability to pass a background check
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• CPR & First Aid certification
• Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift and carry clients and maintain various postures, including but not limited to kneeling, squatting, standing, and sitting on the floor for extended periods; ability to move quickly to ensure client safety
• Schedule flexibility to provide sessions at the times most needed by our clients and RBTs

The job is an hourly position to begin. Full-time split-rate compensation package with unlimited PTO will be mutually negotiated after 3-6 months of employment. We also offer part-time hourly positions with flexible schedules.
