Job Title: Bell Person

Position Reports to: Front Office Manager Location:

BASIC JOB FUNCTION:

The Bell Person will provide assistance and services to guests in order to ensure that their arrival and departure experience is pleasurable and informative.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Transport and storage of guest luggage, assistance with guest packages.
  2. Use friendly, fun and appropriate expressions when addressing guests.
  3. Be fully acquainted with the different points of interest within the surrounding area of the hotel.
  4. Assist in making reservations for restaurants and limousines for our guests; assist in airline ticket requests.
  5. Ensure the delivery of parcels, mail, and special deliveries to guestrooms.
  6. Follow-up with guest complaints to ensure that any problems are resolved.
  7. Call taxi and/or shuttle for guests as needed.
  8. Assist, retrieve and load luggage for guests.
  9. Notify the Front Desk and Guest Services of VIP arrivals whenever possible.
  10. Transport guests in Telsa house car as needed.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  1. 1-2 years of experience in Front Office or Guest Services
  2. Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
  3. Must have clean driving record.
