Job Description
We’re looking for dependable , hard-working , and beer-loving individuals to join our team as a bartender . If you enjoy craft beer, connecting with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity to grow with a brewery that values passion and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
Serve a rotating lineup of craft beer and traditional cask ale
Provide outstanding service and hospitality to all guests
Operate the Arryved POS system for accurate order taking and transactions
Maintain a clean, organized bar and tap area
Educate guests about our beer styles and brewery offerings
Support merchandise sales (t-shirts, hats, glassware, etc.)
Follow all safety and alcohol service protocols
Assist with bar setup, closing, and restocking
Qualifications:
Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Passionate about craft beer and eager to learn more
Strong communication and customer service skills
Bartending or service experience preferred
Willingness to work toward Cicerone certification (we provide support!)
Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
