Service Advisor – High-Volume, Independent Auto Shop (Orlando, FL)

The Role:
This high-volume auto shop is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their team. The ideal candidate will manage customer interactions from check-in to completion, providing accurate estimates, maintaining communication, and ensuring each customer experience exceeds expectations.
What You'll Do:
Deliver top-notch customer service and foster long-term client relationships
Manage workflow for 75+ cars per week, coordinating with technicians and parts staff
Provide estimates, communicate updates, and handle service approvals efficiently
Participate in team goal setting and contribute to overall shop performance
Use shop management software (Tekmetric) and digital inspection tools to streamline operations
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay: 100% commission (9% personal GP + 1% team GP; bonus potential for team KPI achievement)
Training: Paid onboarding program ($1,000/week for up to 60 days)

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; no weekends
Who You Are:
Experienced Service Advisor (6+ years) used to high-volume shops
Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Solutions-oriented and adaptable; takes ownership of customer experience
Familiarity with Tekmetric and ShopFix processes is a strong plus
Clear communicator with a professional, customer-first mindset
