Global Business Development - creating opportunities that lead to mid- & long-term business growth.
•
Global Sales Execution - closing deals and generating immediate revenue
•
Market Expansion & Customer Acquisition - Identifying & expanding into target markets, customer segments, or geographic areas to enter.
•
Develop & Execute GTM Strategy - establish clear UVP, identifying the right customers, positioning your product effectively, and executing a solid sales and marketing plan
•
Sales & Lead Generation - Finding new leads and exploring new sales channels.
•
Product Innovation - Giving input internally to and work with Product Champions and R&D teams for product improvements
•
Partnership & Networking - Building relationships & engaging with resellers, stakeholders, and industry players to create business opportunities.
•
Promotion of product - attend shows and conferences, create and post content on social media
•
Sales Funnel Management - growing pipeline, maintaining CRM opportunities up to date
•
Reporting - Weekly & monthly reporting
Requirements •
Bachelor/University degree - preferably in Business Administration, Material Sciences, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
• Knowledge of
DLP & SLA printing technologies
• Awareness of
how different industries (automotive, healthcare, aerospace, etc.) use 3D printing.
• Proven experience (>5 years) in
B2B sales, business development, and partnership development in the 3D industry
• Experience with
resin sales mandatory • Experience with
Salesforce • Ability to build and
manage a sales pipeline .
• Strong
networking skills • Identify
new market opportunities and customer segments.
• Develop and execute
go-to-market strategies .
• Track record of
meeting or exceeding sales targets .
• Experience in launching
new products .
• Ability to
leverage online communities for lead generation .
•
Fluent English skills plus
another European language are a must, advanced
German skills is an advantage Dynamic and very eager to win individual
• Availability to
travel 50% in EMEA and USA
