RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT
Are you up for the challenge? As an Accounting Assistant, you will have the opportunity to:
Seamlessly handle data entry of approximately 100-200 invoices daily, keeping the financial wheels turning.
Match invoices against purchase orders, ensuring accuracy down to the last dollar.
Review and verify data entries in Excel, leaving no room for errors.
Receive top-notch training to support various accounting functions across the team.
Play a vital role in check runs and vendor maintenance, contributing to smooth financial operations.
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT ROLE
The ideal candidate possesses the following qualities:
